Carolyn Lam
Doctor Carolyn Lam was chosen by Jack O'Neill to join the medical staff of the SGC. She formerly worked for the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta. Thus far, Carolyn finds working there strange. She finds it even wierder working for Hank Landry, her father. Growing up, Carolyn resented the way her father left for long periods, never explaining what was so important that he had to leave his family. When her mother divorced Hank Landry, Carolyn naturally took her side and became somewhat estranged from her father. After working at the SGC, and especially after the Orii plague outbreak on Earth, Carolyn began to understand how her father felt, unable to explain the truth to his family.
