Goofs--When Sloane is injecting the cure for Nadia, the serum is visible in the syringe. There is a section of air between the liquid and the bottom of the pump mechanism. A few moments later, after he pushes Jack Bristow off of him, the syringe is filled with liquid all the way to the bottom of the pump mechanism.
Trivia--The title comes from how long Nadia was supposed to die before being brought back to life. Ironically, it took her roughly 30 seconds to die after Sloane shoved her onto the glass table.
