A man accused of murder leads the CSIs on a wild chase through a busy casino, eventually barricading himself into a hotel room, along with a hostage. As Grissom's team process the evidence from the original crime scene, one of the CSIs enters the hotel room as the negotiator, putting himself in grave danger.
