In the second season premiere, George Sr. is at large, making Michael next in line to be prosecuted for the Bluth Co. crimes.
Meanwhile, Michael is vexed to find that the family is fine without him, and police mistake Oscar for George Sr. and arrest him.
original airdate--November 7,2004 rating--6.61 million
Goofs--When the family sees Lindsay in the shower and goes downstairs to leave, someone (possibly a crew member) can be seen in the mirror sitting down in the background.
Milestones: Tobias sees Blue Man Group for the first time, Buster and Oscar continue to grow closer, and Buster joins the army. Also, Tobias says, "I guess I first blue myself," which is one of the best lines of the series.
Most sexual tension: Oscar moves in with Lucille and tries to rekindle a relationship with her. Meanwhile, Lindsay tries to date Ed Helms' real estate agent character who thinks he is just showing her a house for sale.
Allusions to Tobias being gay: Michael turns to Lindsay and says, "It's not like you've never come to me with your marital problems saying, 'Oh, help me Michael, I think my husband might be a ho--'" at which point Tobias blows a horn to stop him from speaking. Also, when Lindsay and Tobias share the master bedroom together, Tobias notes that it's "nice to be back in a queen" -- sized bed, of course.
