music--Theme Song--"Thowdown" by Danny Lux

Goof: at the end of the scene where Bernard and Alan watch Bernard's mother on the kitchen floor, for one cut Alan jumps back from his crouched position to standing at Bernard's side where he was previously in the scene.

  • Alan checks Bernard's mother's pulse with his thumb. Under some circumstances it's possible to feel your own pulse with your thumb, so he should have used his fingers.
  • The judge in one of the trials is named "O'Keefe", however the nameplate on the judge's bench in court is spelled "O'Keffe" incorrectly. The cast listing spells the judge's name properly.

Trivia: Rene Auberjonois, who plays Paul Lewiston, would later work again with guest star Gregory Alan Williams through voice acting roles for Fallout: New Vegas.
